Management Search Founder Stefan Levy

Anyone can send the resume of a candidate to a company with an open position. But it takes a special blend of industry knowledge, insight into the human psyche and true devotion to the craft to become a successful management recruiter: cultivating the companies in need of talent, finding the proper candidates to fill the requirement, and then to build a reputation that allows this to occur time and time again for decades.

President of Management Search, the Barrington, IL-based firm he founded in 1980, Stefan Levy brings over thirty years of multi-industry recruitment experience and expertise to each and every search. From learning the job requirement to carefully vetting candidates, Levy personally ensures the most qualified candidates are matched with the position that best fits the needs of both parties.

Acknowledged as an industry leader, Levy has been described as highly innovative within the search community and has contributed to, or been quoted by, NBC News, Crain’s Chicago Business, Dundee Post, Fordyce Letter, National Association of Personnel Consultants, Live Your Passions e-books and Risk Radio among other media outlets.
